does anyone have any meal ideas as i have to eat a low fat diet for acid reflux?

Acid reflux and food question?

My doctor diagnosed me with acid reflux a few days ago and gave me Pepcid. Pepcid definition has helped only after a few days and I feel like I'm completely fine. Now my question is if I have to follow the diet acid reflux forever. I've been completely avoid citrus fruits, tomatoes, ice cream and the last day of this, but I feel better, I can eat these things again? Or should I avoid for a few days? HELP ACID REFLUX PROBLEMS!?

My daughter was recently diagnosed with acid reflux disease. The doctor said it should be in the lactose / acid reflux diet. That means no fruit, vegetables, soups, beverages, cereals, meat, spices and dairy products. She is going through a very difficult time finding things to eat and I was wondering where I can find recipes that qualify for the special diet. I am open to suggestions and I'm not demanding. what is safe to eat? anyone have a list? I believe that eating too much meat increased symptoms, so I want a vegetarian for a while. Acid Reflux?!?!?!?

14th Ive always burn and heart for a long time and at a time when I was 10 my esofogus (i dont kno how to spell) got really irratated and when I ate it hurt. Now sick and burping the taste of rotten eggs and I have really bad diarhea. I always get heartburn for most of what I eat or drink. when I drink apple juice or any juice I get really bad. or maybe if I like the frozen foods I could eat to get there. Now my mom is really annoying that she just thinks I change my diet, but I told her that I had acid reflux, because I know no one I kno my age have heartburn at all. but I get it all the time. It sounds like a real acid reflux? and also what I could do about heartburn? Sounds like acid reflux to me. Go to the doctor or nurse.
