What foods should you eliminate from your diet if you have acid reflux disease?

What should you eat and drink? The most common foods and drinks that serious, coffee, mint, chocolate, preferably oily or fatty foods. For some it's a bit spicy food (think of things garlic, hot Mexican food, etc.). What bugs me is that I drink iced tea with lemon and citrus aggravates me, so it is another. It takes a little experimentation to see what triggers it for you. What calms me milk and a form of carbohydrates, such as some biscuits or a few biscuits. If it does not work I will go for Gaviscon. Watch out for the tomato food and avoid peppers and onions, too. Also do not eat mexican.it kills me every time. Avoid coffee or high caffeine drink. Avoid high acid foods such as tomato-based salsa or sauces. Avoid orange, grapefruit, lemon or lime juice as citric acid can irritate. Fresh tomatoes can be damaged too dependent. Drink plenty of water, lifting head and shoulders while sleeping. Eat broccoli resolve your stomach, and interestingly, simple mashed potatoes are a great way to settle the stomach and is often not what they eat foods that cause reflux, which can also not eat.
