Those who suffer from Acid Reflux and Heartburn?
In recent months I have occasional bouts of acid reflux, the rather severe and lasted for hours late at night and keeps me up all night had. Does anyone suffer from this? Have you cut out certain foods from your diet to release it? If yes, what food? Cut out all fat and no saucey and red (ie spaghetti sauce that somehow something) stay away from tomatoes! Something spicy or super oily. drink a few tablespoons of baking soda mixed with water to get rid of acid in the stomach it.neutralizes! I'm using an RX for generic Prilosack.It is omeprazole. I'll take it one day and it works great. I discovered that one of the foods that made me heartburn carbonated drinks. Carbon dioxide in the limo made me every time. I think you are testing a part of your diet and see how your body reacts to. Everyone gets heartburn, for various reasons. what diet is appropriate for someone who suffers from acid reflux?and esophagitis. ?
I have a list of what foods and foods that should avoided.if give me a list of the types of food to eat. I have this problem and what I suggest is that a food diary and symptom diary to. Which diet is better for acid reflux?
I have had acid reflux for a little over a year and I was diagnosed last month with Barrett's esophagus were enrolled. I'm on Prevacid for a year. Why have I been feeling nauseous for the past couple of days? Acid Reflux?
I'm not pregnant. I have not changed my diet or taking any medication. It gets worse at night. Never sick, but I feel something it sometimes seems. Could this be acid reflux? If so, how is it treated? It almost sounds like acid reflux. Especially when a person puts down, the acid begins to move up the esophagus causing heartburn. is it ok to drink decaf tea if i have acid reflux?
My doctor is sure I am suffering from a condition known as gastroesophageal reflux disease, which is short for a long name basically means that old that I have severe acid reflux. Now I'm following a diet low in sugars, fat-free diet, caffeine-free and I miss my cup of tea. You are authorized to decaffeinated tea? I have heard that high temperatures also irritate reflux so any info would be greatly appreciated. I was diagnosed with gastroesophageal reflux disease and Barrett esophygus about 10 years ago. Since then, I enjoyed a cup of decaffeinated tea almost every day. My doctor recommended. I never had problems with the temperatures in my condition. Good luck.
